Returns
Due to the production method we use for all of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges and all sales are final. However, if you receive the wrong or defective product due to an error on our part we will exchange it for the correct product.

If you received the wrong product or the product is defective please email us at woof@furandcollar.com. We might require you send us a photo of any defective products.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
